Important changes for credit card transactions

In accordance with our Innovative Curation, we have made an important update to our payment processing system. To improve efficiency, guests' credit card transactions will now be processed through a U.S.-based bank, PNC Bank.

As a result, guests who have made reservations in our hotels and resorts will need to re-enter their credit card information as soon as possible. If you have made a reservation in recent months, please review your email inbox for an email from us with the secure link to re-enter your information. 

Re-entering your information is necessary to avoid any risk of cancellation.

Please be assured that the protection of your data is extremely important to us and we will not request your personal information via any unofficial means.
