As ever, we want to strengthen these relationships with our travel agent partners, which is why we are offering benefits for customers and for travel agents alike when they book a stay at any of our high end properties in Cancun, the Riviera Maya, Punta Cana, and Montego Bay.
- Free Airport Transfers
Every new suite-only reservation for minimum 3 nights, made through an affiliate travel agent, will receive free round-trip ground transportation to and from Cancun International Airport, Punta Cana International Airport, or Montego Bay International Airport to the boooked hotel. This service is provided by Seasons Tours, our trusted in-house transportation agency. - Free Cancellation
For your convenience and flexibility, The Excellence Collection now offers you free cancellation for bookings made through an affiliate travel agent, with the exception of our non-refundable rate options. You can cancel your stay with no penalties for up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. Some cancellations penalties could apply. - Best Rate Guarantee
Get the very best suite rates when booking for your customers! If you have received confirmation for your customer’s reservation within the past 24 hours, but you just found a better rate somewhere else, fill out our form here and we will match it.
If no later than 24 hours after receiving the confirmation, you find, for the same hotel, for the same dates, for the same lenght of stay, at the same rate conditions, the same type of room, and the same number of people in the suite, a suite offered at a lower public price and available for booking, this price being calculated in an identical manner, on the same basis as the total cost of the stay with the same inclusions, The Excellence Collection shall apply the Third-Party Booking Channel Price. - Preferred Suite Location
Guests who have booked their new suite-only reservation through an affiliate travel agent will be given preferential suite locations when they check in at the hotel. Whatever category you have booked, our front desk agents will assign the guest a favorite suite location that is currently available within their category. Please note that an exact location, view, or suite number cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival check-in at the hotel.
